Abstract
The BPNT program is food assistance that is distributed non-cash from the government to Beneficiary Families (KPM) every month, through an electronic account mechanism that is used only to buy food at places that have collaborated with Himbara Bank. The BPNT program is organized by the government, in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency, target the distribution of social assistance and encourage financial inclusion, and to reduce the burden of spending and provide more balanced nutrition to Beneficiary Families (KPM) in a targeted and timely manner. The purpose of the study was to analyze the Transparency of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Pematang Pudu Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive survey with qualitative methods. There were 5 informants in this study consisting of the Lurah, Secretary of Lurah and the Community Recipients of Assistance. Data collection techniques with interviews and data analysis on the site developed by Miles Huberman. The results of the research on the Transparency of the NonCash Food Assistance Program in Pematang Pudu Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, are known to be in the category not yet maximized. This study concludes that the Transparency of the Autonomous Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency is in the category not yet maximized. The inhibiting factor is that there are still many people who do not know information about the implementation of the BPNT program, therefore it is suggested to the sub-district government to provide comprehensive socialization to the community regarding the implementation of the BPNT program.
