Abstract

One of the most crucial aspects of human life is language. A language becomes a successful and unifying interaction between two people. Individuals speak in a variety of ways in our world. This is due to the fact that each person's background and culture are unique. Each region has its own language, however while speaking with other people, people use Indonesian. As is known, each region has its unique language, hence it is essential to keep the regional language alive by constantly using and learning it. However, for some people, this is extremely difficult due to a lack of resources, so a program is developed in the study of regional languages is developed so that they do not become extinct. The goal of this research is to create a concept dictionary application that will make it easier for people to teach a lesson. Algorithm Levenshtein are utilized in the application development process. Users will be able to grasp the program as a result of the work done. In fact, without a maximum languages, each individual can choose which type of regional language he wishes to utillize. Individuals can study variatey of languages at the same time this way.
