Abstract

The purpose of this working paper is to find out the process of incoming and outgoing letters in the office of the Financial Administration Bureau of the Islamic University of Riau. The method used in the discussion of this working paper is the Correlational method. The correlational method is an act of determining data by comparing theory and discussion. Based on analysis and observations, it can be seen that incoming and outgoing letters at the Riau Islamic University Financial Administration Bureau office can be said to be good and meet the requirements, in the incoming mail process also meets the requirements, namely: acceptance, sorting, recording, direction while in the outgoing mail process namely: drafting, typing, giving numbers and addresses, signing, stamping, recording, sending. The only drawback is that there is no control card in finding letters faster if they are re-added at any time.
