Abstract

Decision making is something that is often experienced by humans, especially students. Decision making can be influenced by several factors, one of which is emotional maturity. This study aims to determine how the relationship between emotional maturity and decision making in students. Collecting data in this study using a scale of emotional maturity and decision-making scale. The population in this study were in Pekanbaru with a total sample of 208 people obtained by random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Person Product Moment. Based on the analysis test, the results showed that there was a significant relationship between the relationship between maturity and decision making student. The correlation coefficient (r) is 0.636 and the significance vakue (p) is 0.000 (p<0.05). This shows that is a relationship between emotional maturity and decision making in students.
