Abstract
This research was conducted to find out and analyze the influence of the Spiritual Leadership Style on worker performance at the Labbaika Tour Pekanbaru company during the Covid-19 period. The research design of this study is quantitative with surveys as the instruments. The data used in this research were primary data, which Labbaika Tour Pekanbaru company data from 2018 to 2020 that were directly collected from the object of the research, Labbaika Tour Pekanbaru company. The findings of Labbaika Tour Pekanbaru company’s research indicate that Spiritual Leadership Style has a significant influence on worker performance at the company. This condition revealed that Labbaika Tour Pekanbaru company’s work performance is enhanced if the Spiritual Leadership Style is improved, such as by having leaders who could be a great role model for the worker.
