Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pasir Pengaraian District Court. The population in this study were 31 employees. Sampling using the census method so that all the population is made up of 31 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of the structural model, namely t test, r-square test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at the Pasir Pengaraian District Court. The level of relationship between the two variables in the strong category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good.
