Abstract
This study aims to analyze work discipline's effect on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Inti Sei Garo Kampar. The population used in this study were employees of the plantation division of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Inti Sei Garo, Kampar Regency. While the sample used in this study was 37 employees using the census/saturated sampling technique. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, and the data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS Version 22.00. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline variable has a positive and not significant influence on the performance of the employees of the plantation division at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Inti Sei Garo, Kampar Regency.
