Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Influence of Career Development and Indirect Financial Compensation on Work Productivity of HR Employees at PT. Nusantara V Plantation (Persero) Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. The population in this study was 99 respondents and the sample was taken through the calculation of the formula as many as 30 respondents. Data processing in this study used the SPSS Version 16 application. in this study usIing Simple Linear Regression Analysis, the results show that Career Development has a positive and significant effect on HR Employee Work Productivity and Financial Compensation indirectly has a positive and significant impact on HR Employee Work Productivity at PT. Nuasantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru Plantation. And simultaneously the variables of Career Development and Financial Compensation indirectly have a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity of HR Employees at PT. Nusantara V Plantation (Persero) Pekanbaru.
