Abstract

Analysis of Patient Health Services Social Security Administering Bodies at Lubuk Dalam Puskesmas in Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency Januanto Sinaga ABSTRACT Keywords: Lubuk Dalam Regency, Health Services, Analysis, Social Security Administering Bodies This study aims to determine the role of the health social security administering body (BPJS) as a form of public service in Lubuk sub-district in Siak district. The indicators used include Tangibles, Reliability, Responsive, Assurance, Emphaty. The type of research used is a qualitative research method approach in which the writer will describe what should have happened in the research location by collecting data and facts, namely prioritizing observation, interviews and documentation then used as raw materials to see the health services of the social security administering bodies at the Lubuk Puskesmas. Lubuk sub-district within the Siak district. In line with the objectives, the informants of this study were coconut health centers, doctors, nurses, the registration department, and the total number of BPJS patients was 15 people. Types of data and resources used are primary data and secondary data obtained from observations and interviews. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are in the form of groups and types as well as making descriptions of the findings in the field. Based on this analysis, the conclusions from the results regarding the analysis of the health services of the social security administering bodies at the Lubuk Health Center in Lubuk District in Siak Regency are said to be quite good from the results of field observation
