Abstract

he purpose of this study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were employees of the dispatcher division of PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru, amounting to 43 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, name ly the determination of the sample with certain considerations. While the types and sources of data were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data obtained using simple regression. Based on the results of research and discussion in this study it is known that work environment variables have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Indah Logistik Pekanbaru which is shown in the significant test, namely t count> t table of 10.196> t - table 2.020 and from the w ork environment variable to employee performance of 71.7%. When viewed from the descriptive results, the percentage of work environment variables is in the very high category, namely 1157 and the employee performance variable of 1178 is also a very high ca tegory.
