Abstract

Computer network security as part of an information system is very important to maintain the validity and integrity of data and ensure the availability of services for its users. The system must be protected from all kinds of attacks and attempts to infiltrate or transfer by unauthorized parties where these efforts can be carried out both from within and from outside the system. In AAA (authentication, authorization and accounting) framework is a term for a framework that is useful for intelligently controlling access to computer resources that we use, user policies, auditing purposes, and providing the necessary information for existing services. The combination of these three processes is considered essential for effective network management and security. By using a Mikrotik router, we can do various configurations so that the router can be used as well as possible. And also we can implement a network security system on the Mikrotik router with configuration through the Winbox application. The Winbox application contains many tools that we can configure to support the system that is being built. Based on testing several websites have been successfully limited and also bandwidth. The system uses the ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) protocol as security on the router. And based on testing using ARP spoof to test system security.
