Abstract
Rokan Hilir Regency has various kinds of historical object relics that can be used as tourist attractions in the city. Technology such as Augmented Reality can be used as a medium of information and recognition because it can display 3-dimensional objects from historical objects in Rokan Hilir using a camera. To build this augmented reality learning media application using the Unity game engine and using the ARCore SDK library. Based on testing, the distance and light intensity in the application can still be displayed and the maximum distance that can be detected by the markerless track is 500 cm and the animation light intensity can be displayed outdoors or indoors and can track any location with a minimum light intensity of 17 lux. . Based on the results of user testing, a value of 91.5% is obtained so that this application can be implemented as an introduction to historical object relics in Rokan Hilir using Augmented Reality
