Abstract

The internet network in a company must also be analyzed so that it can be seen that network users or customers have been satisfied or not with the network facilities provided. By knowing the network analysis, it can be concluded that PT. Wahana Karsa has a good network or not so that it becomes one of the references for companies to provide better services for employees. Network analysis using QoS (quality of service) in particular is the latency and throughput capable of providing good network analysis, where this aspect is often used in network analysis. QoS is defined as a mechanism or method that allows services to operate according to their respective characteristics in an IP (Internet Protocol) network. QoS refers to the ability of a network to provide better services for certain network traffic through different technologies.
