Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of knowledge management and work facilities on employee performance at PT. Three Independent Access and to find out which variables have an influence on employee performance at PT. Three Independent Access. The population in this study were employees of PT. Three Independent Access. The sample of this study amounted to 44 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique and data collection using a scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression test, T test, F test, and determination test (R2). The results showed that simultaneous knowledge management variables (X1) and work facilities (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Three Independent Access.
