Abstract
This study aims to determine the evaluation of the Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program in Pasir Indah Village, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of evaluation proposed by William N Dunn (2003:610) including; Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness and Accuracy. This type of research is a qualitative type, and the research location is in the village of Pasir Indah. There were 9 people who were used as informants in this study and to collect and search for interview researcher data in this study, after the data was collected and analyzed descriptively, in order to get answers about the Evaluation of Community-Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision Programs in Pasir Indah Village, Kunto Darussalam District Rokan Hulu Regency. After conducting in-depth research and interviews, the results of the research on the Evaluation of Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Programs in Pasir Indah Village, Kunto Darussalam District, Rokan Hulu Regency are "Good Enough", with several obstacles such as effectiveness problems, lack of understanding for people who do not attended the meeting regarding the PAMSIMAS and also most of the people in Pasir Indah Village who already had private wells, so the Pamsimas program became constrained and also became neglected, and the problem of repairing or maintaining inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as the number of the water meter is still lacking due to delays in distribution from the center, procurement of water pipes so that installation takes a long time.
