Abstract
Whellhead pressure plays an important role in flowrate, where by regulating the pressure in the wellhead, the optimum flowrate will be obtained when the fluid is flowed to the Gathering Station (GS). One of the problems faced by oil fields operating in the PT. Langgak SPR is a decrease in production performance. The continuous production of petroleum has resulted in a gradual decline in production caused by several factors in the well itself as well as a decrease in pressure in the reservoir. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the surface facilities at Langgak Field to determine the optimum wellhead pressure value for flowing fluid to the GS. This research performs optimization and pressure wellhead analysis to determine its relationship to the fluid flow rate up to the GS by using the pipesim 2017 software. In this pipesim simulator there are four kinds of scenarios that will be developed by changing the data on pressure wellhead which affects the flowrate along the pipe until to GS. This research was conducted not throughout Langgak Field, but only two wells, namely AK wells and RS wells. By changing the pressure at GS, in Scenario 1 with a pressure of 40 Psi, Scenario 2 with a pressure of 35 Psi, Scenario 3 with a pressure of 30 Psi, and Scenario 4 with a pressure of 50 Psi. Based on the research results, optimization with four kinds of wellhead pressure replacement scenarios affects the flowrate along the pipe. In scenario 1, the total flowrate is 1550.10 BFPD, with wellhead pressure at RS 46.13 Psi well and AK well 44.59 Psi. Scenario 2 is 1535.26 BFPD, with wellhead pressure at RS 41.85 Psi well and AK well 40.15 Psi. Scenario 3 is 1530.18 BFPD, with wellhead pressure at RS 37.71 Psi well and AK well 35.82 Psi. And in scenario 4, it is 1603.33 BFPD, with wellhead pressure in RS 55.08 Psi well and AK 53.78 Psi well. From the diversification of these scenarios, the best scenario is scenario 4 and can be used as a consideration for the company to be implemented in the field.
