Abstract
In the face of the globalization era and also of ASEAN Economic Community need to continue to improve, among others in improving the performance of its employees. This can be achieved if the company focuses on improving knowledge management, the skill of its of employes so that they work with hight performance, quality, and with large quantities of work. This will lead to the advancement of the company the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Knowledge Management on employee performance at PT. Hasanah Surveyor Raya Pekanbaru. The number of samples in this study were 38 employees of the cansus technique. The technical analysis used is simple regression analysis using the assistance of the SPSS 23.0. The results showed that the Knowledge Management variable hada positive and significant effect on employee work at PT. Hasanah Surveyor Raya Pekanbaru
