Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a tangible manifestation of experience which includes education, research, and community service. With this KKN, in addition to developing previously acquired knowledge, students are expected to be able to implement scientific disciplines that are still at the theoretical level in the form of service and direct assistance to the community. While the Field Experience Practice (PPL) is a training activity that applies various knowledge, attitudes and skills in the context of forming professional teachers. Students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion (FAI) Islamic University of Riau (UIR) who meet the requirements to participate in KKN and PPL activities can register and be briefed on the preparation of KKN and PPL. The student will be placed in the KKN and PPL locations, during the KKN and PPL process students are guided by Field Supervisors (DPL) from the faculty, the KKN and PPL period lasts about two months. So far, monitoring of the process of implementing KKN and PPL activities has not been well controlled. Therefore, a system is needed that can facilitate the KKN and PPL committees in monitoring activity reports because they are computerized without having to meet face-to-face with DPL. The main function of this system is to make it easier to manage KKN and PPL activity data as well as search for documents in the form of KKN and PPL activity grouping data
