Abstract

At this time at the SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru school already provides sufficient bandwidth for every client who needs it. However, there is no management in bandwidth usage, especially in the LAN labor of SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru so that the problems that occur that are often faced by SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru are related to the use of the internet network, namely a slow connection when learning in the LAN labor such as browsing, downloading and uploading. To solve this problem, a network technology is needed, namely a device or tool that can do bandwidth management on the network. The network configuration that will be built is "Mikrotik-Based Network Bandwidth Management on the Simple Queue, Tree Queue and Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) Method (SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru)"
