Abstract
The process to be able to produce oil after the natural energy of the reservoir is reduced requires an advanced oil recovery technology (Enhanced Oil Recovery). The selection of one of the EOR technologies that will be implemented in a reservoir requires initial work called EOR screening using evaluation standards that are normally used in the oil industry. The screening guide is useful for choosing the EOR injection method that is suitable for a reservoir, which requires some accuracy and accuracy in designing a problematic reservoir recovery method. Therefore in this study, researchers wanted to screen the EOR criteria for a plan to develop field X that had decreased production. Screening criteria is done manually by using a new screening criteria table compiled using k-means clustering, so that an EOR sequence can be obtained that can be applied to field X along with recommendations for the most appropriate EOR method for field development. The results obtained in this study are the sequence of EOR methods suitable for well X are polymer flooding, steam injection, hot water, combustion, hydrocarbons, 〖 CO〗_2 immisicible injection. The most recommended EOR method for this field is polymer flooding.
