Abstract

Pavement rigid Apavement consists of a concrete slab of cement continued without or with reinforcement. The weakness ofpavement rigid is the relatively expensive implementation costs, therefore it is necessary to carry out careful quality control to get the quality according to standards. This study discusses the quality control in the field associated with payment for the implementation of Jalan Sumber Jaya Tanjung Damai. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, namely examination of the flexural strength and compressive strength values of the core compressive strength of the concrete quality of fs 45 on Jalan Sumber Jaya Tanjung Damai, namely Stationing 00 + 000 - Stationing 02 + 524.5 against the General Specifications of Bina Marga 2010 Division 5 revision 3. test results indicate the test results of the lowest flexural strength value that is equal to 39.70 kg / cm2and the highest value of flexural strength of 66.95 kg / cm2,the core compressive strength examination showed the lowest value that is equal to 33, 22 Mpa, and the highest compressive strength value is 35.76 Mpa. Acceptance of concrete quality based on the flexural strength value, there are 3 Stationing that do not meet the design flexural strength value but are still within the tolerance limit for the quality of the concrete with a reduction in the unit price of 19.56%, 18.32%, 17.8% and there are 2 Stationing that do not meet tolerance of concrete quality (total loss) with a reduction in the unit price of 100%. For the acceptance of concrete quality based on the value of the flexural strength of theconversion results, core drill there are 3 Stationing that do not meet the design flexural strength value but are still within the tolerance limits for the quality of the concrete with a reduction in the unit price of 0.48%, 44.06%, 10.32%. Related to cost recovery, cost recovery can be identified based on the flexural strength value of the core drill compressive strength conversion result which is less than the flexural strength value of the execution beam.
