Abstract

ABSTRACK The purpose of this study is to find out the form of implementing accountability and transparency in financial management of the An-Nur Grand Mosque, Riau Province, Pekanbaru City based on Riau Governor Regulation No. 2 of 2020. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, the object taken in this study is Masjid Raya An-Nur. Nur Riau Province, which is located on Jalan Hang Tuah Ujung, Sumailang, Pekanbaru City District, the research variable based on the Riau Governor Regulation Number 2 Year (2020) there are indicators that are the basis for measuring Accountability and Transparency of BPMA (Massage Management Agency) Riau Province financial management . From the results of the above calculations indicate that based on the accountability of Financial Management at Masjid Raya An-Nur, Riau Province, the level of conformity of the accountability indicators has not been fully accountable with the level of conformity of 60% and the level has not been implemented 40%. Then based on the Transparency of Financial Management at Masjid Raya An-Nur, Riau Province, the level of conformity of the Transparency indicators is not fully Transparent with the level of conformity of 87.5% and the level has not been implemented 12.5%. After conducting this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of accountability and transparency at the An-Nur Grand Mosque in Riau Province is not fully in accordance with accounting principles.
