Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of hard skills and soft skills on employee performance at PT. Telkom Pekanbaru. The data sources used in this study used primary data and secondary data, namely questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. The population of this research is the employees of PT Telkom Pekanbaru, amounting to 90 people who became the sample of this research as many as 36 people, using purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative methods using SmartPLS 3 software. The tests used are Measurement Model testers (Validity and Reliability tests), Structural Model testing (R-Square and T-Test), Hypothesis Testing (P-Values Test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between hard skills and soft skills on employee performance at PT Telkom Pekanbaru.
