Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Mega Riau Prime Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach, the research data were collected from 50 helper employees at PT. Mega Riau Prime Pekanbaru. Partial least square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this research using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a significant positive effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a positive influence of work motivation on employee performance, there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect on the performance of helper employees.
