Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Accountability and Transparency of Village Fund Allocation Management in Mulya Subur Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. The location of this research was conducted in Mulya Subur Village. The method used is a qualitative approach with the research model of Miles and Huberman. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data collected through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that at the planning stage, reporting, accountability is already accountable. Meanwhile, at the transparency stage, it is not fully in accordance with Permendagri number 20 of 2018 because it does not have an official village website to make it easier for the community to access information about the village. It is hoped that the village head will provide information on all forms of village fund allocation documents (ADD) to the community, so that it will minimize the occurrence of fraud in the management of ADD not only on the information board.
