Abstract

Workload is based on the use of available work time to do a series of work, which is seen from the activities or activities carried out by staff at work time, both direct, indirect activities, and other activities such as personal and unproductive activities. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the workload of the mechanical part employees at PT. Wahana Wirawan Riau. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in the study were all employees of the mechanical part at PT. Wahana Wirawan Riau Jl. Soekarno Hatta as many as 23 people. The sampling technique used in this study is to use the saturated sample method. The sample in this study were 23 people. Data analysis technique used is to use descriptive analysis of percentages. Based on the results of the above calculation, it is known that the workload of the mechanical part employees at PT. Wahana Wirawan Riau is in the high category, this workload includes physical workload, mental workload and the high use of work time received by employees when carrying out their work.
