Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch of Sultan Syarif Kasim Airport, Pekanbaru. Source of data used in this study using primary data and secondary data through questionnaires and interviews. The population of this research is employees at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch of Sultan Syarif Kasim Airport, Pekanbaru, totaling 192 people. The research sample at the Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting Services Unit and Airport Security totaled 97 people using the Cluster Sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study state that the variable work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch of Sultan Syarif Kasim Airport, Pekanbaru.
