Abstract
This study aims to determine the suitability of Village Financial Management Accountability and Transparency in Dayun Village, Dayun District, Siak Regency with Permendagri No 20 of 2018. The location of this research was conducted in Dayun Village, Siak Regency, whose address is Dayun Market Km 70 Dayun, Dayun District, Siak Regency. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The method used is descriptive qualitative by comparing the existing practice and theory, then a conclusion is drawn to be presented in the thesis. The results of this study are the stages of Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Village Financial Management in Dayun Village, Dayun District, Siak Regency, which are already accountable and in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. Dayun Village has informed the APBDesa in the form of billboards that can be seen directly by the community. local. However, there are no activities that have been carried out or have not been carried out on the billboards. Dayun Village also has not provided APBDesa information on the Dayun Village official website and there is no recording of cash in and cash out on the information board so that it cannot be easily accessed by the public. So, Dayun Village has not fully implemented the transparency system and is not in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, so there needs to be further improvement and guidance in order to realize good village governance in Dayun Village, Dayun District, Siak Regency.
