Abstract
The purpose of study was to determine and analyze the effect of supervision and work discipline on employee performance at the Class II A Correctional Institution Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work in this agency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, that is, part of the population was sampled. This purposive sampling method is a sampling that only makes some employees as respondents. Data collection techniques in the study are questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) Smart PLS 3, the results of this study indicate that supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance on Class II A Correctional Institution employees in Pekanbaru.
