Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the General Election Commission (KPU) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study were all non ASN and ASN employees, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique in this study used Census Sampling, namely sampling based on the total population of 30 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study explain that the value of t count > than t table means that interpersonal communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the General Election Commission (KPU) of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is the interpersonal communication has a strong influence on the performance of the General Election Commission (KPU) employees of Indragiri Hulu Regency.
