Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the quality of work life on the performance of employees at PT Pertamina. The population in this study were all employees totaling 288 people at PT Pertamina, and the sample taken were 54 people and determined by purposive sampling. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. based on the results of the analysis that has been done shows that the variable quality of work life has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Pertamina. The magnitude of the contribution of quality of work life to employee performance can be said to be significant from the analysis that has been carried out at PT Pertamina.
