Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the work environment and work discipline on the work productivity of employees of the Palm Oil Mill Section of PT Gandaherah Hendana, Pelalawan Regency. district. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT Ganarea Hendana. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so that the number of samples is 50 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and uses SPSS 26.
