Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of discipline and work motivation on the performance of sales department employees at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. The population used in this study were employees of the sales department at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. While the sample used in this study were 67 employees using the census technique. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. For the data analysis method, the multiple linear regression method uses the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on the influence of discipline and work motivation on the performance of sales department employees at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru.
