Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of online customer review and online customer rating on online purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace of Toko Itrenstyle Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumers who always buy clothes at Itrenstyle in the Marketplace Shoppe for online shopping in 2017. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the Slovin formula, totaling 89 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that online customer review and online customer rating partially and simultaneously affect online purchasing decisions at the shopee marketplace at the Itrenstyle Store Pekanbaru.
