Abstract

During this Covid-19 pandemic, face-to-face teaching and learning activities may not be carried out to reduce interaction and are carried out online (in the network) and remotely at home in accordance with the appeals and regulations set by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Indonesia. SMK Sulthan Muazzam Syah has a Motorcycle Engineering department that learns about the motorcycle components. To assist teachers majoring in Motorcycle Engineering in conducting online teaching and learning activities regarding the components that exist on motorcycles at SMK Sulthan Muazzam Syah, an application that is able to provide real visualization of these components is needed. The application is Augmented Reality (AR) which is a technology that can simulate objects in 3 Dimensions (3D) built using Android-based Unity and Blender applications using Android Studio. Based on the system implementation testing, it can be concluded that light greatly affects the displayed object and the system is able to display objects at minimum distances 10 cm and angles as well as in all color contrasts. Based on user testing, it can be concluded that the application can be used as students learning media with 90,2% percentage.
