Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of public services in granting building permits at the Investment and One Stop Services of Indragiri Hulu Regency using the theory of Andrian Sutedi (2011: 29-30). The indicators of this study are Employee Professionalism, Work Effectiveness and Efficiency, Dissemination of Service Information, Low Community Complaints and Cleanness from KKN. This type of research is located in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of services in the issuance of building permits (IMB) at the Investment Service and One Stop Services in Indragiri Hulu Regency went well.
