Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Taspen (PERSERO) Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 70 employees. Sampling using the purposive sampling method where a portion of the population was sampled as many as 66 people. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study is a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that normative organizational commitment and organizational culture have a significant and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Pekanbaru. The level of relationship between the two variables is in the medium category, which means the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is good.
