Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of reward and pusnisment on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch and to find out which variables have an influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch. The sample of this study amounted to 49 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique and data collection using a scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression test, T test, F test, and determination test (R2). The results showed that partially reward (X1) and punishment (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch.
