Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe how Teaching Art and Culture (Theatrical Art) to Students of Class X MIPA 1 at SMAN 1 Tembilahan Hulu for Academic Year 2021/2022. The research method that used was descriptive qualitative method. The data in this research were obtain through observation, interviews, and documentation. In this research, it could be seen that the teaching art and culture (theatrical art) to Students of class x MIPA 1 at SMAN 1 Tembilahan Hulu used and implement 2013 curriculum with the teaching component are curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan, teaching methods, and evaluation. The teaching methods were lecture method, quiz, and discussion. The evaluation wass in form test and non test. With less students attention and less personal book as recources, students were able to exceed the minimun completeness criteria.
