Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at the Enok District Health Center. The population in this study were civil servants and honorary employees at the Enok District Health Center. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample where members of the employee population of the Enok Subdistrict Health Center are sampled with a total population of 53 employees. Based on the results of the calculation, it shows that the Organizational Culture in the Employees at the Enok Sub-district Health Center has been going well, where most of the employees gave a very agreeable response. Employee performance at the Enok Subdistrict Health Center was in the good category because most of the employees responded strongly agreed that they had worked optimally. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Enok District Health Center
