Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on work productivity of employees at the Production Section of PT. Swastisiddhi Amagra PKS Bina Baru-Riau. The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. The research population is all employees of the production department. The sample of the study was 62 employees using simple random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the occupational safety variable had a positive and partially significant effect on employee work productivity, the occupational health variable had a positive and partially significant effect on employee work productivity, the occupational safety and health variable had a simultaneous positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the production division. PT. Swastisiddhi Amagra PKS Bina Baru-Riau
