Abstract

The production time of a commingle well which is produced continuously decreases in production, thereby reducing the economic value of the well which is caused by the water content that exceeds the limit so that it causes a decrease in oil production in the commingle production well. In the case of high water cut commingle production wells, a good cementing process is needed in order to overcome the problem of high water cut in commingle production wells. By determining the layer that will be cemented high water cut then squeeze cementing method is carried out on the layer (high water cut). By looking at the well logging parameters so that the cementing process can be maximized and get good results. After overcoming the problem of high water cut in commingle production wells by using the squeeze cementing method or covering the layers containing high water cut, a well production calculation process is carried out by comparing the production before and after the cementing process is expected to be more economical.
