Abstract
Running an organization will find many factors that can influence its members to achieve organizational goals, where the behavior of each member of the organiza-tion will determine how the organization runs in the future. One of them is organi-zational culture which has an important role in triggering the growth of organiza-tional commitment to its members. This study aims to determine the correlations between organizational culture and organizational commitment in the Ikatan Bu-jang Dara Kota Pekanbaru. The population in this study were members of the Ikatan Bujang Dara Kota Pekanbaru with a total sample of 101 subjects using simple random sampling. technique. By collecting the data using a scale of organ-izational culture and organizational commitment with the Pearson Product Mo-ment correlation analysis technique. The results showed a positive correlation to organizational culture with organizational commitment of (r = 0.507, p = 0.000). The higher the organizational culture, the higher the organizational commitment to the Ikatan Bujang Dara Kota Pekanbaru, and vice versa.
