Abstract

In Pekanbaru today, many cottage industries are found which in general still use a manual system using a knife and require a lot of labor, so it is not efficient, therefore a more effective tool is needed to solve problems in the cottage industry. The results from manual production have an average of 20kg/day, but for the home industry this is less effective because it takes more time and energy. In the development of this tool using a three-speed variant that can be adjusted using a bluetooth system that can be connected to android, for blades using a variation of 4 blades and adding a 12V battery so that it can be used when the electricity is not on, in this development the researchers also added a framework for This multi-purpose slicer makes it easier to move. In this study it can be concluded that this slicer can be recommended for small to medium industries and can also help entrepreneurs increase production output which previously produced 20kg/day while in this study the production yield could produce 111kg/day, and minimize work accidents caused due to human error.
