Pakcoy mustard cultivation using a hydroponic system is very good for development, either on a small or large scale. However, this business activity can indicate a production risk. Therefore, this study aims to analyze: ( 1) Analyzing the characteristics of entrepreneurs and analyzing the business profile of Kesturi Farm, (2) Analyzing the sources of risk of pakcoy mustard production, (3) Making production risk mapping, (4) Knowing how to handle production risk mustard pkcoy in the Kesturi Farm business. The research method is a survey, a case study on the hydroponic cultivation business of Kesturi Farm, which is a company engaged in agriculture, especially in hydroponic cultivation. Determination of respondents by census on 4 people, including one entrepreneur and three workers. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: The characteristics of entrepreneurs and workers at Kesturi Farm include an average age of 32 years, an education level of 15.25 years, and a business experience of 5.5 years. The business profile includes business history, Kesturi Farm was established in 2016, using 3 workers. The area of Kesturi Farm's business is 300 m2 . Mustard pakcoy is the leading crop in this business. Kesturi Farm is classified as a small-scale business with an initial capital of Rp.40,500,000. The main input in hydroponic mustard pakcoy cultivation is seeds, the seeds used by Kesturi Farm are superior seeds. Sources of risk that attack are, pests, weather changes, disease, and human error . Weather uncertainty is in quadrant I with a probability value of 27%, in quadrant II it is filled with sources of pest attack risk with a probability value of 36%, then in quadrant III there is a source of human error risk with a probability value of 15%, and in quadrant IV with source of disease risk with a probability value of 25%. Alternatives to address the sources of risk are preventive strategies and mitigation strategies.
