Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know and analyze consumer satisfaction shopping at the daily shop advanced Saiyo, techniques data analysis used in this study is the validity test and reliability test. This research was assisted by the SPSS version 22.0 program. Sampling, amounting to 50 respondents with using non probability sampling techniques and using Purposive sampling based on the sampling technique with certain considerations, the samples taken are shop consumers daily advanced saiyo when in view of the person you meet is suitable as data source. The results of this study indicate that satisfaction consumers at the daily advanced saiyo shop are at their maximum.
