Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of internal communication on employee performance at PT. Tamora Agro Lestari Pekanbaru Riau. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting data obtained from respondents. Then tabulated and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. This sample uses 41 employees who are part of process I and process II using the census method. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques, namely by interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test (r), determination coefficient (R2), and t test (partial correlation). The results in this study indicate the influence of internal communication has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT. Tamora Agro Lestari Pekanbaru Riau.
