Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work conflict and work stress on employee performance at PT. Restu Experience Perawang in Siak Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection using a questionnaire with a research sample of 41 respondents, namely employees of the project at PT. Restu Experience Perawang. The results showed that the work conflict at PT. The Restu Experience Perawang in Siak Regency is considered to have been well managed, employee work stress is considered to have been well managed, and employee performance is considered to have gone well. From the results of data analysis shows that partially and simultaneously work conflict and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Restu Experience Perawang in Siak Regency. The variable that most dominantly affects employee performance is work conflict.
