Abstract

This study aims to determine the community's appreciation of Randai Gelora in Pulau Basuk Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Sengingi Regency, Riau Province. appreciation and appreciation. The formulation of the problem of this research is how is the community's appreciation for the Randai performance of the Gelora Tua Muda community in Pulau Busuk Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Sengingi Regency, Riau Province. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method based on the philosophy of phenomenology. Data collection techniques are carried out by (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) documentation, (4) data analysis. The results of this study can find out how the community appreciates the Randai performance of the Gelora Tua Muda community in Pulau Busuk Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The subjects of this study amounted to 9 people, namely 1 head of Randai 2 youth leaders 3 religious leaders 4 traditional leaders 5 teachers 6 communities 7 actors 8 students 9 communities. Based on the results of research that has been done by the author about community appreciation at Randai Gelora Tua Muda in Pulau Busuk Village, Inuman District, Kuantan Sengingi Regency, this aims to determine community appreciation for the Randai Gelora Tua Muda performance in Pulau Busuk Village which includes 5 indicators, namely (1) observing, (2) appreciate, (3) evaluate, (4) assess and reward, (5) appreciate.
