Abstract
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the marketing mix of Griya Duri Permai Asri housing at PT. Armada Jaya Mitra Duri. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews or interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken were 20 people who had purchased the Griya Duri Permai Asri housing. From the research results, it can be concluded from the results of the respondents' responses through the questionnaire that the results of the marketing mix variables, namely price, product, promotion and distribution, are in the satisfactory category.
